Have an IT emergency? We've got your back. Urgent Support is only to be used in the event of a real IT emergency, for example (but not limited to) a complete server outage. Urgent Support is available to non-contract customers and contract customers alike, however if you're not subscribed to one of our IT Support contracts, you will be billed at £119.99/hr.
